Terms and Conditions
£100 (€140) deposit (non-refundable) payable upon booking (once received booking is secured)
The remaining balance payable 6 weeks prior to arrival. Should booking be made within 6 weeks of arrival full payment will be required.
The holiday home and its contents must be left in a clean and tidy condition.
The maximum number of guests must not exceed 6 persons.
The proprietors may at all reasonable times visit the holiday home.
Strictly no pets and no smoking.
The owner of the holiday home is not responsible or liable for any injury ( whether direct or consequential ) caused to any person occupying the property.
Week commences Saturday at 4 pm and ends Saturday 10 am.
All costs fully inclusive of heating,linen and electricity
